Masterclasses & Clinics

Masterclasses are tailor made to accommodate a wide variety audience (children to adults, instrumentalists & non-instrumentalists).

 

As a clinician, Camille has worked with award wining high school bands and college jazz programs. Topics ranging in section playing, technique, improvisation and doubling are covered and taught to students. Students leave Camille's clinics with a heightened awareness of their role as a player individually as well as a team player. 

 

Scatattack: Using our voice as an Instrument (Vocalese)

Open to vocalists as well as instrumentalists

 

Clinic will address:

• Exploring rhythm & melodic phrasing,

• Using the voice as an instrument & communicating with the band

 

Mastery Level: Intermediate and advanced classes

Solo or with piano/bass accompaniment

Students must bring instruments; arrangements can be made about the music selections performed that day.
